GLIDENZO currently accepts delivery addresses in India where the order is serviceable.

Cash on Delivery orders

For COD orders, we may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery information before fulfilment. An order being received on the website does not itself mean that it has been dispatched.

Dispatch and tracking

After an order is confirmed and a shipment is created, tracking information may be shared through WhatsApp or another available support channel. Courier assignment depends on serviceability for the delivery PIN code and operational availability.

Delivery timing

Delivery time varies by location, courier operations, holidays and other conditions. Any estimate displayed at checkout, by a courier or in tracking is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated for that order.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge, if any, is shown in the order summary before the order is placed. If checkout displays free shipping, no shipping charge is added for that order.

Address issues

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and a useful landmark. If the address is incomplete or the destination is not serviceable, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order.
